As Taylor Swift once sang, Florida is one hell of a drug—especially during NHL season.
Last night (June 12), Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance at Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Edmonton Oilers. And of course, no Taylor-Travis game night would be complete without some carefully coordinated outfits.
The couple arrived hand-in-hand at Amerant Arena in Sunrise, Florida, settling into a VIP box for the intense matchup. It was a rare public date night for the pair, who were last seen together at Kelce’s cousin’s wedding. Both are currently in their offseasons—Swift wrapped her massive Eras Tour in December, while Kelce finished the NFL season with the Super Bowl in February.
For the occasion, the pop star and the NFL tight end went for matching sweatsuits in team colors. Swift wore a beige crystal-studded track jacket and shorts by Area—a favorite brand of hers for coordinated sets—paired with her go-to Prada ankle boots and a black Chanel bucket bag. She accessorized with diamond earrings, her Tiffany “T” ring, and a custom “TNT” bracelet from Kelce, pulling her hair into a ponytail and finishing with a bold red lip (Panthers-approved, of course). Kelce, meanwhile, sported a bright red sweatsuit with a white-and-red cap.
Their appearance comes after wild rumors swirled that the couple had secretly married—though Swift, who loves crafting her own love story, hasn’t confirmed a thing.
Since reclaiming her masters, Swift has been enjoying time with friends. She recently had a girls’ night out with Selena Gomez at New York’s Monkey Bar, where Swift wore a sleek black Gucci set while Gomez opted for a beige Ulla Johnson suit. Another outing with Dakota Johnson at Via Carota saw Swift in a floral Dôen dress—a trending style at the moment.
With NFL season approaching, Swift is likely planning her game-day looks with longtime stylist Joseph Cassell Falconer. If last night’s hockey game is any indication, we can expect more Area and Chanel. Last season, she brought a mix of sporty and high-fashion touches to Chiefs games—think Chanel bucket hats, custom “87” necklaces (Kelce’s jersey number), and standout pieces like a red Penny Lane coat and a Versace denim moment.
Despite the Panthers losing to the Oilers in overtime, Swift and Kelce seemed to enjoy the game. At one point, Swift was seen telling Kelce, “My heart was like…” while dramatically patting her chest. With the NFL season starting again in September, Kelce will soon be back in training.
Now that she’s reclaimed her music, summer—and summer style—is all Taylor’s to enjoy.
