Victoria Beckham Holdings made an operating profit of £7.3 million in 2025, according to its earnings report released on Monday — the first time it has turned a profit since launching in 2008. The company described this as “a significant milestone in its transformation into a profitable global luxury group achieved against a tough backdrop in the luxury market.”

Operating profit for the full year of 2025 showed strong growth compared with a £1.6 million loss in 2024. Revenue rose 15% to £129.8 million, marking the fifth straight year of double-digit growth, and EBITDA jumped fivefold to £12.1 million from £2.2 million in 2024.

“Built with patience and rigor, the foundations are now very strong as we enter the next chapter of disciplined global expansion,” said David Belhassen, chairman of Victoria Beckham, in a statement. Belhassen is also the founder of Neo Investment Partners, which holds a 30% stake in the company.

The fashion business saw “excellent growth,” especially in dresses and gowns, which made up 32% of retail sales, along with signature pieces like the Katherine jacket, Alina trouser, Isabella gown, and Bela dress.

The success of the 2025 Netflix documentary, Victoria Beckham, also helped boost the brand’s momentum. “Direct-to-consumer and wholesale both delivered excellent growth, and ready-to-wear continues to be one of the brand’s strongest categories, reflecting the lasting appeal of our core silhouettes,” said Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, who became CEO of Victoria Beckham Fashion in July 2025 after joining from Christian Dior Couture.

Victoria Beckham Beauty “delivered one of its strongest years to date,” according to the release. “The success of The Foundation Drops, which are infused with skincare actives, more than doubled category sales and is a strong indicator of our potential in skincare,” said Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty.

The company said momentum continued into the first half of 2026, with sales rising by double digits. The brand plans to open a New York store on Mercer Street in September, which will be the first Victoria Beckham location in the city to offer fashion, beauty, and fragrance together.

“With two complementary growth engines in fashion and beauty, an increasingly international customer base, and a focused operating model, the business is powerfully positioned for its next phase of profitable growth,” Belhassen said. “2026 is already off to a fantastic start.”
