Sports fans, get ready: the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 are coming! From February 6 to 22, top athletes will compete for gold in alpine skiing, bobsled, curling, figure skating, ice hockey, ski jumping, snowboarding, and more across Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy. While their intense training and remarkable skill will be crucial, how they look also plays a part—they are, after all, representing their country.
Thankfully, American style authority Ralph Lauren has been dressing Team USA’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes for nearly 20 years, and today we get our first look at their official opening and closing ceremony parade uniforms.
The opening ceremony uniform includes a white wool coat with wooden toggles, an American flag intarsia wool turtleneck sweater, and tailored wool trousers. For the closing ceremony, athletes will wear a color-blocked puffer jacket, a wool turtleneck sweater, and white utility pants. Accessories feature red, white, and blue intarsia knit mittens, a leather belt, and brown suede alpine boots with red laces. Every piece is made in the USA.
“Ralph Lauren has had the immense privilege of outfitting Team USA for nearly 20 years,” said David Lauren, the brand’s chief branding and innovation officer, in a release. “Dressing our nation’s incredible athletes on sport’s biggest stage as they pursue their lifelong dreams is an honor that never fades. Our design philosophy has always been about creating dreams and telling stories through style. These uniforms, both timeless and modern, reflect the passion, optimism, and relentless pursuit of excellence that embody the American spirit.”
Ralph Lauren enlisted several top Team USA athletes to model the uniforms, including ice dancers Evan Bates and Madison Chock, speed skater Erin Jackson, and snowboarders Brenna Huckaby and Red Gerard. For all of them, these final weeks before the Games are vital.
“I’ve been doing a lot of training, spending a lot of time over in Europe, pretty close to where we’ll be competing in Milan,” said Gerard. “Trying to improve my snowboarding, but in a safe way—without getting hurt before the Olympics!”
“I’m feeling pretty confident going into these Games,” added Huckaby, a two-time Paralympian. “I know I have to be at 110% to have a shot at the podium—but I think I can do it.”
Beyond the official parade uniforms, Ralph Lauren has also created a broader Team USA collection for fans who want to show their support. “With Milan—one of the great fashion capitals—as this year’s backdrop, we sought to honor the city’s creative spirit while staying true to the enduring style that defines Ralph Lauren,” said David Lauren. The collection, again in red, white, and blue, blends sporty Olympic energy with the cozy, all-American luxury the brand is known for.
The line includes both adult and children’s sizes, with prices ranging from $25 for small accessories to $3,498 for high-end outerwear. Standout pieces include a leather shearling jacket. The collection features pieces embroidered with Team USA graphics, along with chunky cable-knit sweaters, technical anoraks, fleece jackets, and cozy knit beanies. Ralph Lauren’s 2026 Team USA line is available starting today at select Ralph Lauren stores in the U.S., online, and in certain department stores. If you’re traveling to Milan for the Winter Olympics, attendees can also shop the collection at a special pop-up shop at the Rosapetra Hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
