Calling All Creatives – Apply Now!
Condé Nast, in partnership with the Educational Alliance Edgies Teen Center, is now accepting applications for the CondéFuture program. This unique two-year initiative is designed for 12 NYC students eager to explore careers in the media industry. The program runs from October 2025 to June 2027, with summer opportunities and a chance to travel to Los Angeles!
As the home of iconic brands like Vogue, The New Yorker, GQ, Glamour, Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, and Wired, Condé Nast offers students the chance to learn directly from industry professionals. Participants will work on creative projects in media, photography, video, social media, fashion, design, and more—gaining real-world experience to kickstart their careers or studies.

Who can apply?
Rising NYC public high school juniors (current 10th graders) with an interest in arts, media, design, or journalism.
Is there a stipend?
Yes! Participants receive a stipend every four months throughout the two-year program.
Is the full two-year commitment required?
Yes. Students must maintain an 85% attendance rate to qualify for the full stipend.
When does the program take place?
Weekly meetings on Wednesdays from October to June, primarily at Condé Nast’s offices at One World Trade Center. Summer opportunities are also included between Year 1 and Year 2.
What’s the time commitment?
Approximately 5–8 hours per week for meetings, projects, and opportunities. Programming follows the NYC school calendar, but some optional events may require missing school.
How are participants selected?
12 students will be chosen based on their application, a creative submission, and an interview. A jury of Condé Nast staff will review semifinalists, with final decisions made by early September.
