“Yin and yang is built into this brand,” wrote Vogue Runway’s Nicole Phelps in her review of Eckhaus Latta’s fall 2026 collection. Duality has always been a defining theme for designers Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta. Their use of experimental materials, inclusive design, and focus on creating clothes for real people has made the label a downtown-cool staple since it launched in 2011. Now, the brand is bringing its unique style to a wider audience with its first collaboration with the Spanish retailer Mango.

The Mango x Eckhaus Latta collection includes 43 pieces that work from the beach to the city. It features gauzy dresses, signature lightweight knits, and even some statement swimwear. With Vogue First, Vogue Shopping readers will get exclusive access to shop the collection 24 hours before anyone else.

Following successful summer collaborations with brands like Siedrés and Simon Miller, it didn’t take much convincing when Mango first approached the design duo. “It was a win-win on both sides,” Zoe tells Vogue. “We also loved that they’re Mediterranean and have this natural summer vibe. Designing for this specific season and customer was really exciting.”

On blending the two worlds, Mike explains, “We wanted it to be easy and fun, while still offering variety for the individual. Since this could be someone’s first experience with the brand, we didn’t want anything to feel too forced. Instead, we focused on keeping it simple and accessible.”

The collaboration also marks Eckhaus Latta’s first time using a see-now-buy-now model, a shift from their usual runway schedule. According to Mike, that freedom became one of the collection’s key features. “It was very open-ended,” he says. “Whether it’s a Mediterranean summer seen through an American lens or summer in Los Angeles or New York, we wanted to create a wardrobe for the clothes you actually want to wear in June, July, and August—not for one specific event or place, but for all the different ways you move through the season.”

Like much of the duo’s work, Mango x Eckhaus Latta draws heavily from nature. Across shirts, slip skirts, and swimwear, the collection features prints of seashells, frog eggs, and fish scales photographed by Zoe herself. “It feels like the universe,” she says. Woven handbags and hand-blown glass jewelry also add that same artisanal touch.

With the hottest months ahead, Mango x Eckhaus Latta makes summer dressing feel effortless. There are breezy dresses designed for layering—just add a mini short or knit bra underneath—sleek separates that work from air-conditioned offices to warm nights out, and relaxed fisherman pants that double as chic beach cover-ups. Zoe is especially drawn to the dresses—some made in rich silk and bold colors, others in asymmetrical knit styles. “You could throw them on at the beach over a bikini, or wear them to a wedding,” she says.

Officially launching on June 4, but available exclusively to Vogue readers 24 hours early, Mango x Eckhaus Latta captures the best of summer dressing—unfussy, energetic pieces designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life. “It’s the energy of summer, with a bit of fun thrown in,” says Mike.Haus Latta Overlay Dress – $150
