Saint Laurent has appointed its first deputy CEO, parent company Kering announced on Thursday. Anouck Duranteau-Loeper, who was most recently CEO of Isabel Marant, will join the brand on July 1 and report to Saint Laurent CEO Cédric Charbit.
“Anouck’s exceptional leadership, product expertise, and deep understanding of luxury brands make her uniquely suited to help shape Saint Laurent’s next phase of growth,” Charbit said in a statement shared with Vogue Business.
The creation of this deputy role reflects the brand’s ongoing evolution under Charbit, who has led the Parisian house since 2024. Working closely with creative director Anthony Vaccarello, Duranteau-Loeper will oversee product for the brand. This includes all product operations—from managing the studios to collection development and merchandising—with the goal of improving the product range and boosting global demand for Saint Laurent.
Charbit added: “As we continue to strengthen the house and invest in long-term value creation, [Duranteau-Loeper’s] experience and vision will be key to further elevating our product strategy and execution worldwide.”

Although Kering no longer reports earnings for individual brands, it noted that Saint Laurent saw year-on-year growth in Q1 2026. Moving to a brand of this size is a step up for Duranteau-Loeper, who spent nearly 10 years leading Isabel Marant alongside its founder. (Catherine Jacquet was named Isabel Marant CEO in May.)
At Isabel Marant, she led a strategic growth plan that included expanding the accessories business, relaunching menswear, repositioning the Marant Étoile diffusion line, and expanding physical stores in key markets. In 2021, she was elected president of the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode Féminine, France’s governing body for women’s fashion.
