Even with a packed schedule of appearances and interviews promoting two hit shows, Michelle Pfeiffer still makes time for pizza and champagne nights with the Fanning sisters.
“We all want the white pizza,” says Pfeiffer, before stirring up a little debate: “I do like pineapple on white pizza.”
On this Tuesday’s episode of The Run-Through, Pfeiffer joins Margaux Anbouba, Vogue’s senior beauty and wellness editor, to talk about her roles on Paramount+’s The Madison and Apple TV’s Margo’s Got Money Troubles. She’s joined by one half of her favorite pizza party crew: Elle Fanning.
“These are about as different as you could get,” Pfeiffer says of the two projects. “First, The Madison—which was draining—and then Cheyenne from Margo was so energizing and fun. I loved the family, the family dynamic, and the storyline.”
Off-screen, Pfeiffer is just as busy. She’s been working on top-secret formulas for her fragrance company, Henry Rose, which she launched in 2019. “The truth is, memory and scent are right next to each other in the brain,” she explains. “That’s why fragrance is so powerful.”
Also on the podcast, Chloe is joined by Taylor Antrim and Marley Marius to recap two recent cruise shows—Dior in Los Angeles and Gucci in New York—and look ahead at the summer culture lineup. They talk about the films they’re most excited about from Cannes, including James Gray’s Paper Tiger and Jordan Firstman’s Club Kid, chat about hyper-pop star Glaive, and discuss the upcoming World Cup—including the France vs. Senegal match that both Taylor and Chloe will be attending.
