Tracy Reese shared her design philosophy over Zoom: “Everything should have more than one purpose.” This mindset shines through in her resort collection, featuring her classic A-line dresses, ruffled tops, and beaded separates. “These pieces aren’t just for vacations or nights out,” she explained. “For true sustainability, clothing shouldn’t be limited to just one occasion.”

Reese embraced her love of prints, using a bold triangular pattern across several styles including a puff-sleeve mini dress, pencil skirt, and harem-pant jumpsuit. She highlighted a floral design on a black shift dress: “The jewel tones feel luxurious for the season, but the hand-drawn quality gives it an embroidered look.” A standout art nouveau poppy print on a peplum top came from a collaboration with a new design assistant. “This was her first print creation with us—a special milestone for our team,” Reese said.

While the collection includes Reese’s signature styles like smocked blouses, fringed trousers, and sailor pants, fresh elements appear in sequin-trimmed cropped jackets and a dark green beaded camisole set with a cleverly designed skirt. “The skirt combines Naia satin in front with organic cotton in back,” Reese noted. “It adds structure while keeping comfort—no one wants to sit on beads.” This blend of beauty, practicality, and thoughtful design perfectly captures the Hope For Flowers aesthetic.
