The White Lotus season three may have just ended last night, but here at Vogue, we’re already looking ahead to season four—specifically, the location. If the first season took us to Hawaii, the second to Sicily, and the third doubled as a tour of Thailand, the fourth will undoubtedly immerse viewers in another glamorous and intriguing destination.

And it might even inspire your next vacation: Thailand, after all, is currently experiencing a White Lotus-fueled tourism boom. “Where we choose to go next could be hugely impactful,” creator Mike White told The Hollywood Reporter. “That’s why it was so exciting to shoot in Thailand. It’s hard to backtrack—like, ‘Oh, we’ll do it in Paris!’ That feels like a cop-out.”

While we’d never presume to tell the TV maestro where to set the next season, we did take the liberty of scouring the Four Seasons website—the luxury hotel chain whose resorts double as the fictional White Lotus—to see which properties caught our eye. Below, our best guesses for the season four hotel shortlist.

### Marrakech, Morocco
The Four Seasons Marrakech

The first season unfolded in North America, the second in Europe, and the third in Asia. While there’s no rule against revisiting those continents, it seems more creatively exciting to explore a new one. So, what’s left?

Enter Marrakech, the vibrant North African city with deep cultural ties to the Middle East. Long a tourist magnet thanks to landmarks like the Bahia Palace and its bustling souks, Marrakech is a crossroads of cultures. As Vogue editor Liam Hess wrote while visiting: “It’s a cliché, of course, but there’s truly nowhere quite like Marrakech. Sitting at a historic intersection of Europe, Africa, and the Arab world, the city’s blend of cultures is as complex and dazzling as the spice pyramids in its labyrinthine markets.” A dynamic, multicultural setting like this feels ripe for White’s storytelling.

### The Serengeti, Tanzania

Another uncharted territory for The White Lotus? The African plains. The Four Seasons has a lodge in Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park, drawing affluent families and honeymooners seeking a five-star safari experience. Filming here would offer breathtaking wild landscapes—peaceful yet untamed, with a hint of lawlessness that comes with such remoteness. And, of course, there are lions.

### Napa, California

Though Napa’s wine country was famously skewered in Sideways (2004), we’d love to see The White Lotus take on this luxury region, known for its vineyards, Michelin-starred restaurants, and laid-back California lifestyle. As the Romans said: In vino, veritas (in wine, truth).

### Megève, France

We’ll admit this is a long shot. “I’d bet $100,000 we don’t end up in the cold next. Even if we flirted with the idea, Mike [White] just wouldn’t want to be in the cold. He hates it,” producer David Bernad told The Hollywood Reporter. But if White could tolerate the chill, this French Alpine resort town would make for a snowy—and scandalous—backdrop.

### Jackson Hole, Wyoming

The Four Seasons has a ski-in, ski-out property at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain, which could work for a winter season like Megève. But it could also serve as a summer setting—think wealthy elites escaping to the rugged beauty of the American West.

Wherever The White Lotus lands next, one thing’s certain: it’ll be a destination worth watching. The Wyoming town serves as the gateway to Grand Teton National Park and its breathtaking landscapes. It also blends cowboy and Native American cultures in a unique way. On top of that, Jackson has gained a reputation as a tax haven for the ultra-wealthy.
