If you’re a wealthy traveler, you’ve probably spent time relaxing on superyachts, and when you’re not at sea, you’ve likely invested in longevity treatments to ‘reverse’ your biological age. Now, you can do both at the same time.

After a busy summer of yachting and the growing trend of longevity tourism, Four Seasons is raising the bar. Five months after the Mediterranean debut of its first-ever yacht, Four Seasons Yachts is introducing an onboard longevity program in partnership with Lanserhof, an ultra-luxury wellness clinic.

Luxury’s Got Big Yacht Energy

The Lanserhof Retreat will launch during the Four Seasons I’s first transatlantic crossing from November 8-16, as the yacht (and its guests) moves from summer in the Mediterranean to winter in the Caribbean (naturally). Over the eight-day journey across the Atlantic, guests will have access to a custom Lanserhof program that combines medical expertise with longevity science.

“Wellness has been a core part of the Four Seasons Yachts experience from the start. Our guests already have access to top-notch spa and fitness facilities, including a cold plunge and ice fountain, cryochambers, a steam room, and hydrotherapy, along with personal training and various activities designed to help guests maintain, or even improve, their wellness routines at sea,” says Ben Trodd, CEO of Four Seasons Yachts. “The Lanserhof Reset felt like a natural next step from that foundation.”

This marks Lanserhof’s first time at sea. The clinic currently operates three locations in Europe: the original Lanserhof Lans in Austria’s Tyrolean mountains, Lanserhof Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps, and Lanserhof Sylt, the newest property, located by the German coast. It also has a branch at London’s Arts Club. The clinic is known for its Lanserhof Concept longevity programs—and its celebrity clients, including Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Aniston. Now, Four Seasons I can bring the clinic’s approach to guests while sailing across the Atlantic.

The trip, priced at over $18,000 for a seaview suite (with prices up to $239,300 for the five-person Funnel suite), includes expert consultations, restorative treatments, breathwork, nutritional guidance, wellness classes, a daily Lanserhof Chlorophyll Energizing Morning Boost, and anti-inflammatory meals developed by Lanserhof. For an extra $5,000, guests can customize the program with a physician consultation to create a personalized eight-day plan for their trip.

Four Seasons Yachts aims to anticipate what its guests value, Trodd says. In this case, that’s longevity and preventive health. “It lets us rethink what a crossing can be and create something highly personal, restorative, and in line with how our guests want to spend their time today,” he explains.

This partnership reflects where luxury stands in 2026. When every other influencer you follow is on a yacht in Europe, and longevity tech has become more accessible through wearable devices and health scans marketed as ‘affordable luxury,’ the bar for capturing the attention—and spending—of ultra-wealthy individuals is inevitably higher. Access to such experiences and technologies feels less exclusive—or luxurious—if anyone can buy in.

Already, wealthy consumers, or so-called ‘glowmads,’ were traveling to far-off destinations for wellness experiences. But the Four Seasons Yachts and Lanserhof partnership creates a new top tier of luxury tourism: an elite clinic’s methods, applied to the pinnacle of luxury travel. “Our ambition with FourSeasons Yachts aims to create experiences that guests can’t find anywhere else, blending the freedom and intimacy of yachting with the service, care, and comfort of The Four Seasons,” says Trodd. “Lanserhof adds another layer to that experience.”

The location is crucial: the Four Seasons I can hold up to 222 passengers, so only a very exclusive few can enjoy it. Most notably, taking part shows you have both the time and the resources to spend eight days on a boat in the middle of the ocean.

This is the core idea behind the Four Seasons Yachts-Lanserhof partnership: it was built around a transatlantic journey that offers a long stretch of completely uninterrupted time. “The transatlantic crossing is a particularly great chance to bring this to life,” Trodd says. “Eight uninterrupted days give our guests something that’s increasingly hard to find: the time and space to truly focus on themselves, to disconnect, reset, and invest more deeply in their wellbeing.”

For now, there are no more Lanserhof Retreat trips planned, but the November voyage will serve as a model for what personalized wellness could look like in this new setting over the long term. “It’s the kind of experience that could only come together through our combined expertise and in this unique environment,” Trodd says.
