This spring, Vogue is partnering with writer Biz Sherbert to search across all 50 states for America’s most stylish young people. We’re calling the project American Style x Vogue—and we’d love for you to apply.
Here’s how it works: From March 25 through April 1, U.S. residents ages 18 to 30 can submit photos, a short video, and a style questionnaire through the Open Casting Portal, available only on the Vogue app. There is no cost to enter.
Finalists will be featured in an editorial on Vogue.com. If selected, the photos and videos from your application may be used in the story and on social media.
A few tips for your photo and video submissions:
– Use high-quality, clear, and in-focus images.
– Shoot in good lighting.
– Choose simple, uncluttered backgrounds so your look stands out.
– Indoor or outdoor photos are fine—outdoor settings are a plus.
– Avoid filters, graphics, or text overlays.
– Try to avoid selfies; photos taken by someone else or with a self-timer are preferred.
– Submit recent photos that show how you dress today.
